I accidentally ordered two copies of The Flexitarian Table: Inspired, Flexible Meals for Vegetarians, Meat Lovers, and Everyone in Between by Peter Berley. It looks great. Rather than deal with the hassle of returning the extra one, I’ve decided to give it away.
For a chance to win the book, please post a comment here that answers this question:
Has a book ever improved your health?
If the answer is no, then tell me about a book you bought because you hoped it would inspire you to take better care of yourself even if it didn’t work. I have several books on running that fit that description. The one book that really did impact my health was Dr. Sarno’s Mindbody Prescription. Overnight, it cured what had been years of debilitating wrist pain. Wackadoodle, but miraculous.
I’ll randomly choose a winner on Tuesday, April 6.
Happy spring renewal to all,
Gina
Thanks to everybody for sharing your health book stories. So interesting. I’m going to write numbers on scraps of paper after dinner and have Annalena draw the winning one (numbers to correspond to order of comments).
And the lucky winner is #7: Leslee.
